My Story
I found art quilting after a short lived stint as a fine art major and a longer stint as an elementary school teacher. My first quilt was truly unlovely and I soon learned that following patterns was not where I found my bliss.
I found creative bliss painting on fabric and layering and stitching the paintings to provide texture and structure.
I am a fearless quilter, sometimes I even cut them up... paintings as well as finished quilts.
